Deliveries are limited to metro areas. Rural properties, farms, remote locations and other difficult-to-access areas are considered non-metro. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
After an order is placed, we may assess whether delivery can be completed safely and reasonably to your address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where delivery is deemed impractical or impossible due to location, restricted access, narrow roads, steep driveways, tight access or other delivery constraints as determined by FactoryFast.
Standard delivery is to the front door on the ground floor of your residential or commercial address and is completed by a single driver. For large, heavy or oversized items, you will be required to assist the driver with unloading.
