Deliveries are limited to Metro areas. If items are undeliverable due to your area not being a Metro Area you must pickup from the local depot. Our standard shipping covers deliveries to the door (ground floor of your residence/commercial establishment) by a single delivery driver. For large and heavy items (classified as oversized packages), you will need to provide assistance to the driver.
