Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide using a network of carriers including Australia Post, Fastway, Direct Freight Express, Hunter Express, Go Logistics, and other courier networks and direct drivers.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery postcode. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days from the time your payment is processed.

Estimated Delivery Time

An estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided at checkout. However, please allow up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing for your delivery to arrive.

Standard Items — Australia Post

Smaller items that fall within Australia Post's size and weight limits are shipped via Australia Post and can be delivered to any address in Australia, including P.O. Boxes, using their standard delivery network.

Oversized Items — Freight Carriers

Large and heavy items that exceed Australia Post's size or weight limits are classified as oversized and are shipped via our freight carrier network. The following conditions apply to these items:

  • Metro areas only. Freight deliveries are limited to Metro areas. Rural properties, farms, and remote or hard-to-access areas are classified as non-Metro and cannot be delivered to directly.
  • No P.O. Boxes. Oversized freight cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. A physical street address is required.
  • Depot collection for non-Metro addresses. If your address is outside a Metro area and the item cannot be delivered, you will need to collect it from your local freight depot.

Returned oversized items: If an oversized item is returned to us because it could not be delivered, double shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee will apply. If you are unsure whether your postcode qualifies as Metro for freight delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery to Your Door

Our standard shipping covers delivery to the door — ground floor of your residential or commercial address — by a single delivery driver. For oversized items, you will need to provide assistance to the driver with unloading. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address when your order arrives.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
