I'm missing some items in my delivery, what should I do?

First and foremost, check your FactoryFast.com.au registered email address for any change of order status emails such as 'dispatched item has been sent' emails that we may have sent to you for more instructions on how to trace your delivery status online. You will automatically receive this email once your order has been marked as dispatched (ie. shipped to you). To help us serve you better, please ensure that all your details are correct when placing your order and be sure that you are checking your correct FactoryFast.com.au registered email address for updates (as you may have more than one email address that you check - such as a work and personal email). If you still have not received your items within 7 days of it being shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.
