1. First, take a photo of yourself wearing your FactoryFast T-shirt. Your face and the T-shirt shirt must be at least 3/4 visible in the photo. It doesn't matter what size the photo is but after you have submitted it we will crop it down to 400 x 400 pixels. (Important note - submitting a hi-resolution photo will result in an error).
2. Then, send us the photo using the form below. Simply let us know which design you are wearing and click the browse button to select the photo that you want to upload.
3. Then Get Paid! We'll check your upload out and if it is what you say it is then we'll put it up on the site and credit your FactoryFast account with a $10 store credit!
